1. Overview

Diva Daulti ("the Company," "we," "us") is committed to maintaining the highest standards of operational integrity, financial security, and legal compliance. As a B2B fashion manufacturing partner, we recognize the importance of mitigating risks associated with supply chain management, production quality, and digital transactions. This policy outlines our framework for ensuring a transparent and secure business environment for our clients and partners.

2. Regulatory & Legal Compliance

We operate in strict adherence to all applicable local, state, and central laws of India.

• Labor Standards: Diva Daulti maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards child labor, forced labor, and any form of workplace discrimination. We comply with the Factories Act, 1948, ensuring a safe and hygienic working environment at our Noida manufacturing unit.
• Statutory Dues: We ensure timely filing of GST, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements as per the Government of India mandates.
• Ethical Sourcing: We vet our fabric and raw material vendors (including those in Surat and other textile hubs) to ensure they meet our ethical and quality standards.

3. Financial Risk & Transaction Security

To protect our B2B clients and our business from financial fraud:

• Payment Processing: All digital payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways (such as Razorpay). Diva Daulti does not store sensitive cardholder data or bank credentials on its servers.
• AML (Anti-Money Laundering): We perform basic due diligence on all B2B clients. We do not accept anonymous payments or third-party transfers that do not match the business entity named in the Purchase Order (PO).
• Transaction Integrity: Every transaction is backed by a formal Proforma Invoice or Service Agreement to prevent unauthorized chargebacks and ensure clarity of services rendered.

4. Operational Risk & Quality Assurance

We mitigate the risk of production failure through a structured Quality Management System (QMS):

• Sampling & Approval: No bulk production commences without the written approval of a "Gold Seal" or Pre-Production (PP) sample by the client.
• Quality Standards: We follow industry-standard AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) 2.5 protocols for garment inspection to minimize defects and returns.
• Intellectual Property: We respect the design integrity of our clients. All sketches, tech packs, and proprietary patterns provided to Diva Daulti are treated as confidential and are protected from unauthorized use.

5. Supply Chain & Force Majeure

While we strive for 100% on-time delivery, we manage external risks (such as fabric shortages or logistics delays) by maintaining a diversified vendor base. In cases of Force Majeure (acts of God, strikes, or government restrictions), we provide immediate transparency to our clients regarding revised timelines.
